So there's been a lot of talk this year about normalization in terms of tenant demand, rent growth in all real state sectors including yours. Obviously, industrial has been one of the strongest sectors in real estate in the past several years. You took your rent growth forecast to 7% to 9% this year, which while down is still pretty strong. So maybe talk about what you're seeing in the market?
