Good morning, everyone. Welcome to our 2022 results presentation, covering the year to the end of 31st of January. My name is Richard Hickman. I think many of you know me already. I'll be talking you through the results. But before then, we'll have an introduction from our Chair, Ed Warner. Once I finished at around 11:25, I'll hand over to Peter Wilson to give an update on the global private markets industry. Then following Peter Wilson, we'll have Scott Voss, who is an MD in our U.S. business, specializing in venture to give us a view of venture and growth equity.
