Well, good morning, everybody. Thanks for joining us today. For those that don't know me, I'm Bobby Griffin, the lead consumer hardline analyst here at Raymond James. And this morning, we are pleased to have The Aaron's Company here to present at our conference. With us from the company are CEO, Douglas Lindsay; and President, Steve Olsen.

Thanks, Bobby. Hope everybody can hear me all right. Glad to be here today to talk about Aaron's. I'm Douglas Lindsay, Chief Executive Officer of Aaron's. I've joined in 2016 as President of The Aaron's Company and then in 2020 became CEO when we spun out Progressive, or we spun out Aaron's and Progressive as two separate companies, Progressive Leasing.
