Good afternoon, everybody. Thank you so much for being here. My name is Chris Schott. I am an associate in the healthcare investment banking group here at JPMorgan. Today, we have the opportunity to hear from Richard Barasch and Jason Clemens, the Chairman and CFO respectively of AdaptHealth. They've planned for about a 20 minute presentation, followed by Q&A.
