Good morning and welcome to Generation Development Group's presentation of the company's full-year financial 2023 results. From the company today, we have Generation Life's CEO and Managing Director, Grant Hackett; and the company's CFO, Terence Wong. We've got Grant remotely in from Brisbane where he's seeing 500 to 600 financial advisors as part of their masterclass series across four different states. So a busy period for the company. And we have Terence in Melbourne in headquarters.
