So far as QRI is concerned, it's performing in line with our objectives and expectations. As (technical difficulty) the first-half highlights from a financial perspective are concerned, we've generated a distribution return of 8.94%. The NTA of the fund has remained at or above $1.60 as it has since inception, currently sitting at $1.60 (technical difficulty) at 0.18. The net return is 9.09% on an annualized basis, and we continue to have no leverage in the fund.
As far as the portfolio goes, it's in good shape. We have strategically positioned the portfolio to be more so floating rate with 99% of the investments now on a floating rate exposure. The weighted average loan maturity profile remained short at 0.85 years. We do this
