Full Year 2023 Dr Martens PLC Earnings Call Transcript
Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining our full-year results call, both here and on the webcast. I'm joined today by Jon, our CFO; and also from Dr. Martens, we have Paul Mason, our Chairman, Emily Reichwald, our Company Secretary; and I'm pleased to say back from a maternity leave, Bethany Barnes, who is our Head of IR.
So our agenda for today, I'm going to give you an overview of the year, and then I'm going to spend some time talking to you about our USA business. This has been the big disappointment of our FY23 performance, so I think it's really important to address this upfront, as this is our number one focus area going forward. Jon is then going to take us through a financial review, and then I'll come back and talk about the successes from this year and, crucially, our thinking on the future, the investments that we are making to underpin our growth, and the white space opportunity we have, which gives us confidence in our ability to capitalize on that growth opportunity.
