I'll go ahead and get started here. Sorry, that was a little loud to start it there. But we're thrilled to be back, obviously, in person here in Nashville and doing this another year. This has been a really incredible, I think, conference for us. It's grown over the years, so we appreciate you guys taking the time to meet. I know it's a lot easier for folks to do virtual, but I think we all get a lot more out of it being in person. So I appreciate you guys being here.
But we're thrilled to be hosting eXp World Holdings, it's ticker EXPI, a company we've covered for last several years. It's been remarkable to see them grow from I mean just a handful of years ago to 8,000 agents to just almost 90,000 today. So it's been really breakthrough growth. You've had a lot of competitors that are trying to mimic their model at this point.
Obviously, real estate market has been tough, rates going from 3% to 8% in record time. It's been a bit of a shock to the system. These guys are still doing well holding on to growing share still. But with us on the
