Warm welcome to Intrum's Capital Markets Day 2020. My name is Anna Fall. I'm the Chief Brand and Communications Officer at Intrum, and I'll be your guide this afternoon.
So some housekeeping before we kick off. We aim to end the program at the latest 4:00 p.m. Central European Time. So Intrum is an international company. We have presence in 24 European countries; and this afternoon, the program reflects that as we are fully digital and the 4 speakers are located in 4 different countries.
