Q4 2023 Akva Group ASA Earnings Call Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and very much welcome to the Q4 presentation of Akva Group. The program of this morning -- we have a hiccup here with the PC. The programs this morning that -- I will do the presentation of the overall financials, the strategy. And then -- thank you very much, Ronny. And then Ronny Meinkøhn, the CFO, he will do the financial performance, and then followed by a Q&A session. So pleased to post any questions you might have if you are in the call during the presentation.
Starting with the headlines of Q4: revenue of NOK800 million, an EBIT of zero adjusted for NOK10 million in the cost relating to the restructuring or rightsizing process. Rightsizing process with estimated NOK45 million in annual cost savings, that is complete in Q4 and will have impact as of Q1 '24.
Acceptable order intake in sea based, but still slow market in [post small] the land-based Norway. And Akva has revised the medium-term financial targets and is aiming for revenue of minimum NOK3.6 billion. That's 5% increase on '23, and an EBIT range of
