Ladies and gentlemen, dear shareholders and shareholder representatives, on behalf of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board, I would like to welcome you warmly and open the Annual General Meeting of Scout Vierundzwanzig AG. And thus, according to our articles of association, the Chairman of today's Annual General Meeting of Scout24 AG. Unfortunately due -- dear shareholders and shareholder representatives, this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be able to attend the Annual General Meeting in Munich this year. Due to the special circumstances, the Board of Management has decided with the consent of the Supervisory Board to hold this year's annual general meeting as a virtual AGM in accordance with the provisions of the new German Act on measures to combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
