Will the insane volatility continue when US markets open shortly?
I think yesterday’s movements are well documented. The nikkei was down the most in one day than at any other time in its history bar one day!!!
The nasdaq plunged 6% as markets opened in the US, and investors everywhere fled to safety.
However, going back to earlier last week. Stock markets dumped on Tuesday, and then NVIDIA had the biggest one day rally EVER on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday- markets tumbled (again). Volatility has been rife…
So, after the drama of yesterday (and last week), will we witness further falls, or a dead cat bounce?
Our platform is positioned for the latter, but very conscious that markets are soooooo unpredictable at the moment.
However, for the short term- it’s a BUY from TPP
