So I think one of the questions I get most often from investors is just the consistency of the share gains that you guys have versus wider IT spending and if anything it feels like those maybe are accelerating a little bit over time. Can you just talk about what is it that lets you outperform year in and year out? What's sort of the secret sauce behind what you are able to do?
