Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to Dollar General's 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I'm Todd Vasos, CEO, and I'll serve as Chairman of this meeting, which I now call to order. Traditionally, our Annual Shareholder Meeting is held in a public forum in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. However, as a result of health and safety concerns arising from COVID-19 pandemic and following both federal and state guidelines designed to slow the spread of the virus, we made the decision to hold this year's meeting virtually.
Although we do not expect any technical difficulties today, in the event we lose audio or webcast connection which does not resolve within a reasonable period of time, please look for updates on our Investor Relations website.
