Next up, we've got Steve Carlisle, Senior Vice President of Cadillac, from General Motors. I think, well, at least we certainly believe, and I think the consensus is that General Motors is doing a great job of transforming the company from a geographic standpoint, but also from a product standpoint. Very interestingly, Cadillac is going to be used as the tip of the spear on GM's EV programs, I think particularly here in the U.S. So there's a lot of good stuff going on at Cadillac. I think as you look at the product cadence, I think it's a program every 6 months through the next 3 years, I think, is the game plan. So there's a lot of great program coming out, I should say product programs coming out from Cadillac over the next 3 years.
Steve is a long-term GM veteran. He's been there since 1982. Started very young, out of the industrial and engineering co-op at the Oshawa truck assembly plant. So in addition to having a great expert on Cadillac, we have a great truck guy here today as well.
