Thank you. Keysight is a leading test and measurement company with a strong presence in the communications space. The company has roots tracing back to the earliest days of Hewlett Packard. About 75% of all 5G equipment out today has been developed with their test and measurement tools and software. They also have strong business in general electronics, aerospace and defense, semiconductors, connected autos and are participating in the electric vehicle transition. We're lucky to have with us today CFO, Neil Dougherty, who has been with the company and its predecessor firm since 1996, and CFO of the company since its 2014 spin-off from Agilent.
