Good afternoon, and welcome to Airgain's conference call to discuss its acquisition of NimbeLink. My name is Sunidra, and I will be your operator for today's call. Joining us for today's presentation is Airgain's President and Chief Executive Officer, Jacob Suen; Airgain's Chief Financial Officer, David Lyle; and NimbeLink's Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Scott Schwalbe.
