Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us. Earlier today, Alithya announced that it had entered into a binding agreement to acquire U.S.-based Datum Consulting Group. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place on July 1, 2022, and is subject to customary conditions for a transaction of this nature, including approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
On the call with me this morning are Paul Raymond, Alithya's President and Chief Executive Officer; and Claude Thibault, Chief Financial Officer. After remarks from Alithya's leadership team, we will open up the call for questions.
