Thank you, and welcome to Digi International's presentation regarding the Ventus Holdings acquisition. This is Ron Konezny, the President and CEO of Digi. I'm joined by Jamie Loch, our CFO. We're going to spend a few moments talking about the Ventus Holdings acquisition.
