OperatorHow did you go from Fatburger to a portfolio of 17 brands?

We got to ask the guy in the corner over there, to stop talking on his phone. Bob, pretty funny, Sorry everybody. So, look, we bought the Fatburger brand 20 years ago when Fatburger was just 40 restaurants in Southern California, and it was a management buyout and 20 franchises and 20 company-owned stores. And that was really the start. And I decided to try to grow that brand right through the 2006/2007/2008 recession and really figured out that franchising was a much better model than company-owned stores for us. And so, we restructured it and continued to add brands over the next few years and then took FAT brands public in 2017, 5.5 years ago, a little help from ICR. And here we are today. I think we're the 25th largest restaurant company in the US, with 2,300 restaurants that are open or under
