Great, I think will go ahead and get started. For those of you who don't know me, my name is John Marchetti. I am the senior analyst covering communications infrastructure and applied technologies here at Stifel. We are fortunate enough to have Sanjay Kalra with us from Harmonic. He is the CFO. He is going to go through a quick overview of the Company for us and then we're going to jump right into some Q&A.

Thanks, John. I'll do a quick overview about the Company and then we will do some Q&A. Harmonic at a glance, we did around $404 million of revenue last year. We primarily operate in two business segments, pretty distinct segments with some synergies involved. One is the cable access segment and the video business segment. I will cover more in detail on the other slides.
