Hello, my name is Diane Garrett. I'm President and CEO of Hycroft Mining. So the primary asset of Hycroft Mining is the Hycroft Mine in Winnemucca, Nevada. It is a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction. It is one of the world's largest gold and silver precious metals deposits. And it is currently in the exploration and development stage.
And we're advancing through the technical studies to expanded into the next stage or phase of a large scale milling operation. We recently just completed a $56 million private placement by renowned precious metals investor, Eric Sprott, and AMC Entertainment. And that allowed us to do a follow-on at the market equity offering of $138 million.
So that allowed us to bring and collectively about $194 million into the treasury. And with that money, it now provides a path for the company to be able to complete its technical studies, advance that towards a commercial scale milling operation. And also what we've noticed at Hycroft is even though it's a very, very large scale
