Hello. I'm Diane Garrett, President and CEO of Hycroft Mining. I'm coming to you today on June 2nd, of our Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I have also just completed a presentation at the Swiss Mining Institute here in Zurich, and it was great to meet up with existing shareholders, shareholders and friends and colleagues we've known for many years, and also introducing the Hycroft story to new investors.

On the second slide, as far as Hycroft Mining, we are one of the world's largest precious metals deposits. For gold, we have over 9 million ounces in the measured and indicated category and an additional 5 million ounces in the inferred category. But we also have a significant amount of silver, over 450 million ounces in the measured and indicated category with an additional 150 million ounces in the inferred category.
