Good morning, and welcome to Infinera's 2021 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. I am David Heard, Infinera's Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. I will serve as Chairman of this meeting.
Before we formally begin the meeting, I'd like to recognize the global Infinera team for their support, dedication, resilience, compassion and courage demonstrated by each employee during this pandemic. I would especially like to acknowledge the challenges and difficult circumstances faced by the members of the Infinera team in India.
