Hello, everyone. My name is George Iwanyc. And thank you for joining us. This afternoon, I have the pleasure of hosting Paul and Jeremy with Lantronix, their CEO and CFO. You guys have had a busy start to August so far, closing an acquisition, reporting some nice preliminary results on the quarter you just closed.
And kind of with that as a nice springboard, just want to turn it over to you, Paul, and give you an opportunity to give us a sense of what's going on.
