My name is Gary Atkinson and I am the Chief Executive Officer and a Director. Welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of The Singing Machine Company, Inc.
An agenda that outlines the order of business for the meeting has been made available . The matters on which the stockholders at the meeting are voting are to, number one, elect 10 directors; number two, approve on a nonbinding advisory basis the compensation of our named executive officers; number three, select on a nonbinding advisory basis how frequently to hold a stockholder advisory vote to approve the compensation of the named executive officers; number four, ratify the selection of Marcum LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm to audit the consolidated financial statements of The Singing Machine Company, Inc., for our fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
I would like to begin the meeting by introducing the current members of the company's Board of Directors, Milton C.
