Will the meeting please come to order? Good morning, everyone. My name is Jack Harding, and I am the Chair of the Board of Directors of Meta Materials Incorporated. It's a pleasure to welcome you to the 2022 annual meeting of shareholders of Meta Materials.
Before proceeding further, I'd like to note that many of the company's officers and directors are with us today, including George Palikaras, Ken Rice, Ken Hannah, Allison Christilaw, Eric Leslie, Steen Karsbo, and Maurice Guitton.
