Okay. I'm going to hand it over soon to Grant and Moshe Fishman. This is Ezra Beyman. I'll give you a little background, real quick. Prior to becoming public, we built a mortgage business that was started in 1985 [due to] the third-largest residential mortgage broker in the US. We sold it about 2008, 2009, also accumulated a lot of real estate on the residential side.
