I guess, can you ploy a little bit of background on yourself. And then also just talk a little bit about Snap One, what the company does, the value it provides for clients, just for the investors that are new to the name and still learning about the company?

Sure. So Mike Carlet, knowing about me is the least important thing about the company. I've got a team of 1,300 people that do all the real work. But I spent -- I started public accounting, spent the bulk of my career in automotive, was with company-driven brands for about 12 years and ended up at Snap One, which was formerly SnapAV prior to the merger with Control4 about 8 years ago.
