Good morning. Will the meeting please come to order. My name is Judith Hall, and I am the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Sunworks, Inc. and a candidate for election as Director. Welcome to the 2022 annual meeting of the stockholders of Sunworks, Inc. I will serve as the Chairperson of the meeting today.
An agenda that outlines the order of business for the meeting, as well as certain meeting procedures and rules of conduct can be viewed on the meeting web page in the meeting documents section.
The matters on which the stockholders at the meeting are voting are to: one, elect five directors; two, ratify the appointment of KMJ Corbin & Company LLP, as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2022; and three, transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
