Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Scott Mathis, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gaucho Group Holdings, Inc. The Board of Directors has asked me to serve as Chairman of this meeting, and since it's now approximately 12:00 PM, I call the special stockholders meeting to order.
On behalf of the officers and directors of Gaucho Group Holdings, it's my pleasure to welcome each of you to this virtual meeting.
