So good morning, everyone. It's good to be back after three years or so away from Zurich. Not much has changed. It's remarkable. Even the room where we're doing our presentations, it looks identical to what I remember.
I started coming to Zurich virtually around the same time that we were getting the company started -- almost started. This was going back to 2002. And at the time, we would have had a market capitalization of under CAD15 million. And we were very fortunate that time in that RBC really liked the asset that we had an option to purchase. It had been a Placer Dome asset, the gold (inaudible) that Placer Dome had been covering. This particular asset development -- and he really liked it. And suddenly they were divesting of but, a little junior company comes along and gets an option to purchase. And while we were way way under the threshold of a bank the size of RBC, they decided to help us out
