Thank you, Matt. Good morning, everyone. Appreciate you taking the time to come and learn a bit more about Ducommun. I'll take you through a few slides fairly and quickly so that we leave some time for Q&A at the end. I'll do a brief overview of the company, touch upon the key investment highlights, and then just a couple of slides around our short-term outlook as well as our Vision 2027.
So first, our disclosure that are on our forward-looking statements, non-GAAP measures. And I ask you to also kind of look at our 10-K for these matters. So Ducommun in 2022 had $713 million in revenues. Our EBITDA percentage was just over 13% and we had close to $1 billion in backlog.
