Thank you, operator. Good morning, fellow shareholders, ladies and gentlemen.
It's a great day we have. Price of gold and silver have been climbing over the last couple of months. And I was reminded the other day, someone called up and said, "You said gold was going to $2,000 an ounce." And that was a couple of years back, and they said they thought it was impossible. Now we're just over $2,000 an ounce. Silver is on a real tear.
