Good morning and thank you for joining us today for our third quarter results announcement. I'll start with the headlines and an update on our strategic priorities before handing over to Katie to take you through the results in more detail. We'll then open it up for questions.
So starting with the headlines. Whilst the economic outlook remains uncertain as a result of the pandemic, our primary focus has been on supporting our customers and protecting the business whilst continuing to make good progress against our strategic priorities. Against this backdrop, we have delivered a resilient performance. Taking into account impairments, we're reporting an operating profit before tax of GBP 355 million and an attributable profit of GBP 61 million for the third quarter.
