Good afternoon, everyone. I am Dan Smith, Chairman of the Board and Director of Orion. I would like to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the company. In addition to me, 4 other directors of the company are present at this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Kerry Galvin, Mr. Hans-Dietrich Winkhaus, Mr. Yi Hyon Paik, Mr. Corning Painter, who is also the CEO of the company.
I also welcome Mr. Jeff Glajch, the CFO of the company; Dr. Christian Eggert, the General Counsel of Orion Group and Mr. Carsten Opitz, the company's legal adviser on Luxembourg law matters. As Chairman of the Board of Directors, I hereby declare the meeting open and call myself to be Chairman of the meeting.
