Thank you. Good morning. I'm Ron Whitaker, Chairman of the Board of Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. It's my pleasure, on behalf of the directors, officers and employees of the company, to welcome you to our 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Although we originally had planned for an in-person meeting for our usual practice in consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic and related CDC guidelines, the Board concluded that it is prudent to have a virtual shareholder meeting this year. I don't know about you, but I think that's probably a good thing because I'm looking a little shabby and my shaving razor has not been allowed to have visitors for several weeks.
