Welcome. My name is Drew Goldman. I run investment banking globally here at Deutsche Bank. I've had the pleasure of covering Ryman and its predecessor company, Gaylord Entertainment, for many years.
With us today, we have Todd Siefert. Todd is Treasurer and VP of Finance, and he's going to do an excellent job at explaining what Ryman is all about and its great growth prospects for the future. It's one of the few REITs and one of the few companies here that has great visibility into several years into the future of its business because of its long-dated group -- focus on group business. There's no other hospitality company in the world that has assets like it or that has attributes like it.
