Good afternoon. I'm Sheila Murray, I'm the Chair of the Board of Teck Resources. I'm delighted to welcome all of you today to our Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders. Before we begin, I'd like to acknowledge that we are meeting today on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the coastal Salish peoples, Squamish, (inaudible) Nations. I'd also like to introduce my fellow directors and nominees in attendance today. And I'd ask you each to stand up as I call your names.
