So clearly it's been an eventful year for WPP, new strategy, new management team in place. So I think in that context, I think it might be helpful just provide an update to the way you are on the execution of that 2021 plan. And also talk about maybe what other strategic priorities for WPP in the next 12 months.

So I think -- so to sort of stand back, it was about a year ago, we actually had our leadership conference in Brooklyn, where Mark stood up in front of the top 100 sort of senior executives here in New York, and actually we're just having a repeat of it
