Good morning, and welcome to Yelp's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. My name is Diane Irvine, and I'm the Chair of the Yelp Board of Directors, and I will act as Chair of this meeting.
Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce the members of the Board and the business team who are with us today.
