Good afternoon, and thank you for joining us today. I'm Taylor Combaluzier, mining analyst at Red Cloud Securities. Today's webinar features Abcourt Mines, which is a gold developer and exploration company with strategically located properties in northwestern Quebec.
Abcourt owns the Sleeping Giant mill and mine where it is concentrating its activities. It's also in the process of acquiring Pershimex Resources in an all-share deal after having entered into a definitive agreement. The transaction would create one of the largest portfolios amongst gold explores in Quebec.
