Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for taking the time to listen to the webcast of the first half FY 2022 financial results for Ascendas India Trust. I'm pleased to announce that we've seen a good recovery in our occupancy in the first half of the year. Our occupancy is now at 90%. We've also had strong DPU growth in relation to the DPU of the last 6 months. So we are up 19% over second half of FY 2021. Year-on-year, the DPU growth is 2%. Our NPI growth has also been quite healthy at 6%.
