Thank you for taking the time today for dialing into the webcast of the first half results for CapitaLand India Trust.
Some of the key highlights for the first half. We just completed a preferential offering in July for $150 million. We got very good interest from investors. Most of our investors subscribe to the PO. We also now have increased our AUM to $2.7 billion by acquisition of ITPP-Hinjawadi from the sponsor.
Our net property income is up 3% in Sing dollar terms year-on-year. I'm also very pleased to say that in a competitive leasing environment, our committed occupancy now stands at 94%, inclusive of options and rights of first
