Okay. All right. We're going to get started. So good morning, everyone, and welcome to the CYBG Capital Markets Day. A special welcome, I think, to our Australian investors who are -- there's plenty of you who made the trip over. And of course, to everybody on the webcast, welcome to the day too. The team and I are really looking forward to giving you a good summary today of what our strategy is and how we're going to deliver it.
