Good morning, and thank you for joining us today. I'm Taylor Combaluzier, a mining analyst at Red Cloud Securities. Today's webinar features Cordoba Minerals, which is [copper and gold developer] company that is advancing at San Matias copper, gold, and silver project in Colombia, which includes the Alacran deposit.
Cordoba recently signed an agreement to jointly develop the Alacran project with JCHX mining management, which purchased a 50% interest in it for USD100 million. A PFS for the Alacran deposit was completed in January 2022, with positive results. Infill drilling results recently wrapped up that showed that the potential for high-grade zones exist within the Alacran resource model. And results are expected to feed into an update of the mineral resource and the mine plan before feasibility study.
