Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Special Meeting of Shareholders of Canopy Rivers, Inc. I now call the meeting to order. My name is Asha Daniere, and I am the Chair of the Board of Directors of Canopy Rivers.
In accordance with Canopy Rivers' bylaws, I will act as Chair of this meeting; and Matt Mundy, Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel of Canopy Rivers, will act as Secretary of the meeting.
