Good afternoon and welcome to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Copper Mountain Mining Corporation. My name is Gil Clausen, and I'm the Chief Executive Officer of the company. It is my pleasure to welcome you here today for this Virtual Annual General Meeting and to introduce Mr. Bruce Aunger, our Board chair, who will chair this meeting today. We will also have all of our directors and senior management on the call.
We're pleased to be hosting our first virtual AGM, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our shareholders. I am happy to report that we have shareholders attending via the web portal and the 800 number. As is our custom from past AGMs, we will conduct the general meeting first. After the termination of the meeting, I will follow with a presentation and then answer any questions at the end of the meeting. Shareholders can submit questions through the web portal. I will now pass the mic over to Mr. Aunger, our Chairman, to start the meeting.
