Yes. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Also from my side, a very warm welcome to Branicks 2023, 9 months results conference call.
Today, as usual, I'm joined by my colleagues from Accounting and Investor Relations. We will give you a short presentation of our results and highlights for the first 9 months, followed by a Q&A session.
Overall, also in the third quarter, we were still facing a challenging market environment. Especially the transaction activity remained affected by the low macroeconomic outlook and the interest rate environment in Germany. Apart from the individual transactions, there was still little movement in the third quarter. Expectations for a full recovery of the transaction market are now focusing on 2024.
