Thank you and good morning, everybody. Appreciate you taking the time to learn a little bit more about our company. So Deveron is an agricultural technology company. We're based up here in Canada with offices also in Kansas City in the US.
We trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker FARM or farm, and we are a digitally focused business that collect data across farms all across the country. And then, we help digitize this information for our various customer bases to make more informed decisions within their agricultural operations.
